Our Mission
To do all possible provision and work for higher education. To motivate various abilities in the students by arranging various educational and co-educational activities.
Our Values
Education without values, as useful as it is, seems rather to make man a cleverer devil.
The AIM of Education is the knowledge, not of facts but of values.
Values are like fingerprints. Nobody’s are the same, but you leave them all over Everthing you do.
    A Goal without a Plan is just a Dream…
We are what e repeatedly do. Excellence then is not an act, but a habit.
Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.
Welcome To Arts College , Vijayanagar
We work togther to help the youth of the area to learn and become self sufficient. While promoting reading and writing in our programme we teach them how to develop on their own so that they may always be prepared for anything that life might throw at them. We love to work with large groups of students but recoginze that many students will need individual attention.
Our Missionary Zeal in Tribal/Hilly region
Our college is situated in hilly Rural and Tribal area with fewer resources, but we have taken up the challenge of providing the qualitative education.
We have been on this challenging mission since 1989 and we have a sense of satisfaction as we look back.
Service to tribal and weaker sections
Almost 80% of the total population of Vijaynagar Taluka is ST (Tribal). SC and OBCs also form a considerable majority in the non-tribal population of the region.
We feel proud of providing most possible modern educational opportunities to the most weaker sections of our society in such industrially and economically backward area.
Seat of Learning in the Seat of Spirituality
Our College is located near the bank of river Harnav and Punyasalila surrounded by the Aravalli hills in the vicinity of the holy place of Mahadev Temple.
12 km away from Vijaynagar the ancient Polo city was built around the river Harnav an ancient water body spoken of in the Puranas. It is believed to have been established in the 10th century by the Parihar kings of Idar, and was then conquered in the 15th century by the Rathod Rajputs of Marwar.  The name is derived from 'pol' , the Marwari word for 'gate' signifying its status as a gateway between Gujarat and Rajasthan.

Rajpur Kelavani Mandal
The cornerstone of RKM philosophy is the conviction that “Every youth is potentially the light of the world, who can also be the cause of its darkness; wherefore education is of primary importance”
